JET - Healthy Mind, Healthy Body Challenge

As part of Well Being week this May, JET created the Healthy Mind, Healthy Body challenge. 
Keeping both our minds and bodies healthy is now more important than ever. 

So, we invite you to complete this five day challenge that includes two activities per day, which will try to ensure that you will by the end of it feel healthier both mentally and physically.

Keep on taking care of yourself! Go out today, for a walk, alone or with people from your household and enjoy spring. Keep safe!
