Talent Pool and Pathways programme
This programme supports people who are nearer the labour market with referrals into specific training for a variety of career routes.
In particular, these are childcare, construction, care work and green jobs. Anyone, who is ready to look for work can access this intensive support, even if they do not want to go into one of the job types listed.
