JET has an Advisor that specialises in supporting young people aged 16
- 23 years old.
We will provide :
• One to one information, advice and guidance
• Help to find training opportunities
• Information about different types of work
• Visits to organisations and information talks from employers
• Motivational and Aspirational training
We work in partnership with many organisations such as UXL:
Newcastle UXL is dedicated to helping all young people maximise their true potential and raise their aspirations by supporting a wide and flexible range of training and engagement opportunities. *Newcastle UXL is unique in that it does not offer training directly but supports learners through the alliance of Training Providers it works with. This allows us to support young people in a more flexible and varied manner and allows us to offer independent guidance.

I would highly recommend JET to anyone not used working in the UK - they will give you all the support you need to find the right job. Although I am now busy with my work, I would definitely consider doing further courses at JET in the future. - Twayiba Moussa
