What we do....

JET offers advice and guidance from qualified Outreach & Guidance workers.  Contact us and we will invite you in for a friendly chat so we can identify what kind of help you want from JET, what work you want to do, what skills and qualifications you may have, or would like to have, and how we can help you improve your skills and find work. 

Our team of Personal Advisors cover all of Newcastle and some of the surrounding area. If you are unable to get to our office in the West End of the city, or cannot find us, we will happily arrange for you to meet one of our advisors at a suitable location nearer to you.

We have regular drop-ins as you can see below – please ensure you contact us first so we know to expect you, TEL. 0191 2263 620. We regret that we cannot make home visits.

Our outreach workers are also available to meet clients in the West End. Westgate College, Sure-Start Benwell, the West End Refugee Service, Angel Heights, The sChat Shop and Nunsmoor Centre all offer facilities, but alternative venues can be arranged on request.
