Our team of Outreach & Guidance workers cover all of Newcastle and some of the surrounding area. If you are unable to get to our office in the West End of the city, or cannot find us, we will happily arrange for you to meet one of our advisors at a suitable location nearer to you.

Our outreach workers are also available to meet clients in the West End. Westgate College, Sure-Start Benwell, the West End Refugee Service, Angel Hight, Chat Shop and Nunsmoor Centre all offer facilities, but alternative venues can be arranged on request.
