Suzzanne Henderson

Suzzanne has worked in employability for over 20 years in Newcastle. She spent the majority of this time working for Jobcentre Plus and has delivered a wide variety of roles in this time – always focusing on disadvantaged customers. More recently Suzzanne has worked at One North East for the last three years and now focused her attention on regional economic inclusion. Very passionate about her work Suzzanne is keen to ensure services are appropriate and in place to support customers into employment and improve people’s lives. On a personal note Suzzanne is married and has two children, one boy at Durham University and a younger daughter aged 12 who is an obsessive dancer and performer. Needless to say this takes up the majority of Suzzanne’s spare time transporting her daughter to dance classes and shows.
