Susan Weighall

Originally from Gloucestershire, Susan's working life began in the HR department of a motor vehicle components manufacturer in Birmingham. She then moved to Birmingham Law Society, as Careers Officer.

Arriving in Northumberland 20 years ago, Susan began working with young people and adults on government training programmes in Wansbeck and Blyth Valley areas. In 1993 she joined the Careers Service after returning to full time study at the University of Northumbria, for the Diploma in Careers Guidance. Since then, Susuan worked as a Careers Advisior with young people in Newcastle and Sunderland, returning to work with adults in 2001. She took up her post with JET in August 2008.

Susuan likes city breaks and hates weak coffee!
