Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Muan’a moved to the UK in 2002. He brought with him both management and academic experience, having worked as a university lecturer in Engineering. Since 2005, Muan’a has been working as Equality and Diversity manager for Nexus and is a long-standing member of the JET board. Muan’a has seven children and is a Pastor of a local Church here in Newcastle. He likes relaxing with a book but dislikes dishonesty!
