Mark is a JET Director and is also the Regional Manager for the Equality and Human Rights Commission in the North East.
He has worked for the current Commission, and before it the Commission for Racial Equality, since April 2006. Before that he worked for many years for Jobcentre Plus across the region, including a spell on secondment to the voluntary sector promoting more ethnically diverse workplaces.
