Dobir comes from a background of youth and community work, has previously worked for projects such as Project Northumberland and EMV and most recently worked in advice and guidance for Connexions Direct.
Dobir’s family hail from Sylhet, Bangladesh and he can speak good Hindi and Urdu as well as Bengali.
He has a huge interest in cinema from all over the world - ask him about any movie and he will give you a useless fact about it!
